  2. No Guarantees; High Risk of Loss
    • Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading are inherently risky and may result in the partial or total loss of your capital.
    • Use of leverage and perpetual futures can amplify both gains and losses; adverse price movements can result in rapid liquidation of positions.

      • that your trading objectives will be met.
    • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
    You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

    • We make no guarantees or warranties regarding:
      • the security, availability, or performance of any third-party protocol;
      • the correctness or completeness of data obtained from them;
      • the absence of exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
    • You understand that failures or issues in third-party protocols, smart contracts, bridges, or oracles may lead to loss of assets, failed transactions, or other adverse outcomes.
  5. Technical & Operational Risks
    You acknowledge and accept that the Services and integrated protocols may be affected by, among other things: network congestion, downtime, forks, or protocol upgrades;
    • latency, slippage, front-running, or other market effects;
    • errors or inaccuracies in price feeds, APIs, or other data;

    • Your use of Alura may be subject to local laws, including but not limited to securities, derivatives, AML, sanctions, tax, and consumer-protection regimes.
    • You are solely responsible for:
      • determining whether your use of Alura is legal in your jurisdiction;
      • understanding and fulfilling your tax obligations related to your
      • trades and on-chain activities.
    We do not provide legal or tax advice and accept no responsibility for your compliance with such obligations.

    • Alura is not available to Restricted Persons as defined in our Terms of Use (including residents or citizens of certain jurisdictions, such as the United States, Ontario in Canada, and sanctioned jurisdictions).
    • Any attempt to circumvent geo-restrictions or eligibility requirements (e.g., through VPNs or misrepresentation) is strictly prohibited and at your own risk.
    • We may implement technical measures (such as IP-based geofencing) to help enforce restrictions, but we do not guarantee that such measures will be fully effective.
  8. No Fiduciary Duty
    • Alura does not act as your broker, fiduciary, or agent.
    • Nothing in your use of the Services or in our communications creates any fiduciary or advisory relationship.
    • Any decisions to use or continue using Alura - including your parameter settings, leverage choices, and market exposure - are solely your responsibility.
  9. Forward-Looking Statements
    From time to time, we may describe our roadmap, planned features, or potential future integrations. These statements are forward-looking and inherently subject to change, delays, or cancellation. We make no commitment to deliver specific features or timelines, and you should not rely on such statements for financial or investment decisions.
