Last updated on November 27, 2025
- IntroductionThese Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alura website located at https://alura.fun and any related interfaces, bots, APIs, documentation, or communication channels that we operate (collectively, the “Interface”).The Interface is made available under the name Alura.fun (“Alura”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).By accessing or using the Interface (including by connecting a wallet, using the Telegram agent, or authorizing on-chain actions), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Interface.These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Alura.
- What Alura Is (and Is Not)2.1 Discipline Engine, Not a Custodian. Alura is an AI-powered “Discipline Engine” that helps perpetual futures traders enforce automated rules (such as budget, take-profit, stop-loss, leverage, and position limits) and execute trades on-chain through integrated third-party protocols, currently including Hyperliquid and Pacifica.2.2 Non-Custodial. Alura is non-custodial. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds. All trades are executed from your own self-custodied wallet through smart contracts or APIs provided by third-party protocols.2.3 Interface Only. The Interface is just one way of interacting with supported protocols such as Hyperliquid and Pacifica. We do not own, operate, or control the Hyperliquid/Pacifica blockchain or any other underlying protocols, and we cannot control or reverse on-chain transactions.2.4 No Guaranteed Outcomes. Alura does not predict markets, guarantee profits, or promise any particular performance. All trading involves risk, including the risk of losing all capital allocated to trading.
- Eligibility & Restricted Persons3.1 Age & Capacity. You may use the Interface only if you:
- are at least 18 years old; and
- have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms.
3.2 Restricted Territories / Persons. You must not use the Interface if you are a “Restricted Person”, meaning any person or entity that:- is resident, located, incorporated, or has a registered office in:
- the United States of America,

- that your use of the Interface is lawful in every jurisdiction where you are located, resident, or otherwise subject to regulation.
If this is not true, you must immediately stop using the Interface. - Your Wallet & Self-Custody4.1 Non-Custodial Wallet. To use the Interface, you must connect a compatible non-custodial wallet (for example, a browser wallet such as Backpack, MetaMask) that allows you to interact with the supported blockchains and protocols.4.2 Sole Responsibility. You are solely responsible for:
- keeping your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, and credentials secure;
- understanding the terms of service and privacy policy applicable to your wallet provider; and
- maintaining adequate security of your devices and internet connection.
We have no access to your private keys and cannot recover or restore them for you.4.3 Binding Actions. Any transaction signed and approved through your wallet is deemed to be authorized by you. We have no ability to reverse or cancel on-chain transactions. - Use of the Interface5.1 Parameters & Discipline Profiles. You may configure and update certain parameters (e.g., budget, profit target, loss threshold, number of concurrent positions) that form your Discipline Profile. Alura uses these parameters, along with internal indicators (such as the Market Outlook Score), to determine when and how to submit orders to integrated protocols on your behalf.5.2 Autonomous Execution. When conditions meet your Discipline Profile and internal rules, Alura may automatically submit, modify, or close positions on your behalf via the integrated protocol(s). You remain fully responsible for monitoring your positions and understanding all associated risks.5.3 No Guarantee of Execution. We do not guarantee that any specific order will be executed, executed at a particular price, or executed within a specific time. Network congestion, protocol errors, slippage, or other factors may affect execution.5.4 Third-Party Protocols. Trades facilitated via the Interface are executed by third-party protocols such as Hyperliquid, Pacifica and other DEXes or derivatives platforms. These are not controlled by us, and their terms of use and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not liable for any protocol-level issues, failures, or exploits.
