    • Telegram or other messaging identifiers, such as your Telegram username or user ID if you interact with the Alura Telegram agent.
    • Support communications, such as emails, tickets, or messages you send to us, including any information you voluntarily share in those communications.
    We do not ask you to provide names, passport numbers, or similar identity documents through the Services, and you should not send such documents unless explicitly requested through a secure process.
    2.2 Information Collected Automatically
    When you access the Services, our systems (or integrated third-party tools) may automatically collect:
    • Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, language settings, and connection timestamps;

    • To enable you to connect a wallet and interact with integrated protocols through Alura;
    • To configure and enforce your Discipline Profile and execute your instructions.

    • To help detect, prevent, and mitigate abusive or unauthorized behavior;
    • To identify or block likely Restricted Persons based on IP-derived geolocation and other signals.
    3.3. Analytics and product improvement
    • To understand how users interact with the Services;
    • To troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance;
    • To develop new features and improve reliability.
    3.4. Communications and support
    • To respond to your requests, questions, and feedback;
    • To send important service notices (e.g., major changes, incident notifications).
    3.5. Legal compliance
    • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes;

    We do not sell your personal data.
